Shipping policy

At sha-rá, each product is meticulously handcrafted and made to order to ensure it is uniquely tailored to your needs. As a result, our shipping times may vary to ensure every detail meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Processing Time 

Please allow 14-16 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. This time frame includes the meticulous production of your item and quality checks before it is carefully packaged and dispatched.

Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey. Delivery times are in addition to the processing time and may vary depending on your location. You can generally expect delivery within the following timeframes:

- Domestic (India):  3-7 business days

- International: at the moment we do not deliver internationally.

Please note that during high-demand periods or unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays in processing or shipping, but we will keep you informed every step of the way.
