Exchange and Returns Policy

At sha-rá, every piece is meticulously handcrafted and made to order, ensuring it is uniquely tailored for you. We kindly ask you to review our policy carefully before making a purchase:

Returns 

We do not accept returns under any circumstances. As each product is made to order, we are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once your order has been placed.

Exchanges 

Exchanges will only be honored in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit.

To request an exchange: 

1. Email us at support@sharaatelier.com within 7 days of delivery with: 

   - A clear photograph showcasing the issue in detail. 

   - Your order number and proof of purchase. 

2. Once approved (on a case-to-case basis), we will guide you through the exchange process.

Please Note:

- Exchange requests made after 7 days of delivery cannot be accepted. 

- The item must be unused and in its original packaging for the exchange to be processed. 

- Exchanges are only applicable for damages or defects, as all products are made to order.

- Exchanges will not be applicable for reasons related to the inherent qualities of genuine leather. 

- If the exchange request is approved, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of returning the item to sha-rá.

Marks, scars, or subtle variations in texture and color are not imperfections but whispers of the journey each hide has taken. These natural features are what make every sha-rá creation one-of-a-kind, embodying authenticity and individuality.

Our commitment to sustainability runs deep. We work exclusively with tanneries that repurpose hides from the food industry, ensuring no animals are harmed for their leather. Additionally, we celebrate the art of zero waste by repurposing leftover materials into thoughtful accessories like coin pouches and keychains, so every cut serves a purpose. At sha-rá, sustainability isn’t just a practice—it’s at the heart of our story, inspiring us to create meaningful, lasting designs that leave a lighter footprint on the world.
